How AI Credits Work
cogniBOX Conversational uses an online AI engine to power real, open-ended character conversations. Each guest interaction consumes a small number of credits depending on conversation length. Credits are purchased in bundles and never expire.
The Credit Cycle
- You purchase a credit bundle — one time, no subscription required
- Credits are consumed as guests have AI conversations with your character
- You can monitor your credit balance anytime from your cogniFX account dashboard
- When credits run low, you’ll receive an automatic notification
- If credits are fully exhausted, cogniBOX automatically switches to offline scripted Interactive mode — your attraction keeps running without interruption
- Once you purchase additional credits, full AI Conversational mode resumes instantly — no reboot, no reconfiguration
