How It Works

cogniBOX listens for a trigger — motion, proximity, or push-to-talk — then engages the guest in full natural conversation. The AI processes what the guest says in real time, generates a contextually appropriate in-character response, and delivers it instantly through your character’s voice. The conversation continues for as long as the guest engages.

If your AI credits are exhausted and additional credits have not yet been purchased, cogniBOX Conversational automatically falls back to offline scripted Interactive mode — your character keeps performing, guests keep engaging, and your attraction keeps running. Once you purchase additional credits, full AI Conversational mode resumes automatically.
